These arrived well packed. However had no success with requesting delivery either just inside my door for both protection from inclement weather or theft. In fact the delivery driver set the 2 large boxes so they blocked my ability to open my door! Nor, obviously, is there any “white glove” option for unpacking or set up in home. So if it's damaged or not as advertised, yes, it can be returned for a refund, at the closest WalMart - at the buyer's time and expense. So for me accurate product information is key. In this purchase I feel the craftsmanship of the cabinets is not as impressive as described, especially for the price. The invisible drawer is very visible as it doesn't fit seamlessly into its frame. It actually seems a bit off “square” when closed on both nightstands. Nor does it have a nice liner. None of the drawers are on metal glides or soft close. I don't see any way to remove these drawers if I want or need to, nor do they open as far as my previous ones. That limits how much and how easy it is to place or remove items I choose to keep in these drawers. The photos I will attach here show how limited the distance is for opening that top “invisible“ drawer. In attempting to show the manufacturer label it's obvious that drawer only pulls out 5 inches. The hardware is painted to match the cabinets rather than having a metal finish. I will most likely replace them. There is no option to level these nightstands if needed. The tops have nothing to protect them from scratches or stains. I was replacing two IKEA solid wood nightstands that had better drawer glides and a wood back rather than Masonite board these have. They do compliment the new bed I purchased. I doubt I am likely to make this type of furniture purchase again through WalMart online unless I can see it in person.
