Extremely soft and worth every dime! I looked for the shirts for months and couldn't find anything other than cotton, neon yellow shirts. I finally came across these at a great deal. They're absolutely worth it the texture of the shirts 10 times better than I expected my husband got an extra large he usually wears and the normal yellow Gilden safety shirt that is an XXL. If u wear XXL NORM. Stick with ur normal size! I have a bit of room for dryer shrinking
