If you are looking for a real, old fashioned, really firm control girdle, this is the one to choose. It is exactly what I gave been looking to purchase. My only objection is that I need a larger size to properly fit. It has taken all of the parts of my body that I wish to smooth out and hide and shove them tween my waist and breast. It was not a pretty site. Am sending back for a larger size.
