The SISU Youth Tether Mouthguard uses the newer SISU 3D design that improves on previous SISU models and adds a number of new features. The tether features a quick-release mechanism to ensure safety of the athlete in the case of a helmet-removing contact or in case of training personnel assisting a downed player needing to remove the player's helmet.
