Better than Non-Stick.
Food won't stick, but don't call it "Non Stick" because it is so much better than traditional nonstick pans that are coated with something that can scratch and eventually wear off and end up in your food. These anodized aluminum pans are naturally nonstick. I use it strictly for cooking eggs or omelets. Like eggs over easy? Here you go. So easy to flip on first try. You don't buy these pans to sear steaks on high heat. You use them for nonstick medium temp cooking like fried or scrambled eggs.
