Lanco Color Essence Wall Primer is an acrylic resin primer with high performance additives, specially designed to condition and ensure uniform and lasting applications on premium interior and exterior paints. It is fast -drying, with covering properties. May be recoated the same day with water-based paints. Provides excellent adhesion, one coat coverage and an ultra white finish. Is excellent for previously painted or glossy surfaces. For use under water based top coats on exterior and interior areas. As a stain sealer primes white to hide most colors. To use in Concrete, brick, prepared wood, drywall board, fiber cement, EIFS, etc.
