these are good quality overall but for my 4'11" frame slightly large. i bought a med and large as I thought they may fit smaller then mens sweats( what i usually buy) but the med. are a comfortable baggy so i prob could have went with a small for a slimmer fit and the med for that baggier look. I am 53 with that "middle age spread" so was surprised the med fit as loose as they do. if ya want comfort i recommend these .
