For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

I've had this rug for a few weeks now and I love it! It did come with some creases from being folded. Since being on my floor it has flattened out. I haven't vacuum it yet but the rug seems to be good quality & no fall out. Excuse the mess of my living room.
