Wrong pieces and no Customer Support
I received a few wrong parts. Considering we took down the old bed to assemble the new one, this has displaced my son. I've contacted customer support and have yet to get a response. Repacking the bed and shipping it back will be a hassle as this sucker is HEAVY! We're stuck with half a bed and out of $200
