Machine Washable and Dryable

The color is accurate, it has held up to two machine washings and dryings with no damage or loss of fibers. It's very soft underfoot and helps keep the cold floors bearable. I shake and wash them weekly versus vacuuming, so I can't comment on vacuuming. I would think that the long loose fibers would get stuck easy, but maybe not.
