The Goulds SIMRGSKTN4 Simplex Grinder Package is engineered for high head residential sewage applications where a gravity system is impractical, making it ideal for pressure sewage systems. This package includes the RGS2012 grinder pump, S10020 simplex outdoor control panel, and three mechanical level float switches (model A2D23W). Please note that a basin must be purchased separately for a complete installation. With its powerful 2 HP motor and 1-1/4" NPT discharge, this grinder pump can handle maximum flows of 41 GPM and heads up to 95 feet. The pump features a silicon bronze semi-open impeller with a non-overloading two-vane design and pump-out vanes for mechanical seal protection. Its cast iron volute type casing ensures high efficiency, while the anti-roping design cutter system with a reversible stationary cutter ring enhances service life. The single-phase pump operates on 208/230 volts and comes with a 20 ft power cord. Additionally, the outdoor control panel is built with NEMA 4X construction to withstand severe weather conditions and prevent corrosion. It features a solid-state control board with float status display for easy installation and troubleshooting. The panel includes a hinged door with a lockable stainless steel latch, a high-level alarm circuit with a silence button, and a flashing red light for 360° visibility. UL and CUL listed, this grinder package ensures reliable performance and safety in residential sewage applications.
