Product details
Replacement winches and cables can be used with all above ground swimming pool covers. Winches are available in standard and premium grades. The standard winch is aluminum and the premium winch is stainless steel. All cables are high-quality and all-weather rated. 100-foot cables are for pools up to 27-feet round or 15 x 30 oval. 120-foot cables are for pools up to 30-feet or 18 x 33 oval. These winches and cables are used to secure winter covers to above ground pools. Run the cable through the perimeter of the pool cover, then use a winch to tighten the cable and secure the cover.

I wish I would have read the reviews... I figured it was a wire and winch, why would there be anything to review, but yes as another reviewer wrote, it does NOT come with the winch! VERY MISLEADING, especially as the picture above on the screen as I write this also includes both! No where does it say it is not included. Very disappointed, especially when it's getting colder and I don't have time to mess around ordering more items (nor do I want to pay more for something I thought I already purchased), need to close my pool and now I can't....
