The first battery that I received was no good, I had to return it. I received an email from the vendor stating that if I wanted a replacement all I would have to do is pay the shipping charges. I asked them to just refund me my money and if they wanted the bad battery I received to have it picked up. Later that day I received and email that they had send me the incorrect email and that I would not have to pay for shipping if I wanted a replacement battery. I sent the bad battery back and now I have a good working battery after 2 weeks roughly.
