it wasnt an easy set up for me
i bought this for my elderly mother. she doesnt need to be connected to a service. a device where she just needs to be connected to wifi and just push a button to alert my phone. the directions are pretty simple but troubleshooting it for me was confusing..on the app you have to connect with each room she could need to use the device. you only have a certain amount of time or you have to re do it. i went through each room and thought i set it up but didnt. maybe i gave up to fast but it wasnt worth the trouble for me so i returned it.
