Fit....I'm 5'4" and it fits great when reclined. My feet do not touch the floor except in fully lifted position. Operation....It moves smoothly and relatively quickly. Controls....It has a great variety of options that are easily adjusted for comfort. It would be better if the reclining remote had a "home" option to return to a neutral position. The recline remote is always lit, which I find somewhat distracting in a darker room.

I am very comfortable in this chair.

Very fast delivery! Pros: quiet motors, excellent adjustable head rest, easy to use handset, fabric seems like it will hold up, appearance is not as clunky as many other models, the roll arm style fits in well with my other furniture. Cons: the seat is rather hard, wish the footrest didn't pop up so high, the seat height is 20 inches high when 17 or 18 inches would have been better for people under 5'8". All in all I am very comfortable in the chair.

When we first got the chair delivered, we didn't put it together right then we cleared a nice area for it went step-by-step. Got it together. Everything worked within 20 minutes. The remote for vibrating and heating just stopped working. Been trying to reach someone to get it repaired or exchanged don't know if I'm doing it right or not but it's so difficult spoke with someone once they sent me somewhere else then they said well we don't do that part so I went and ordered another remote for that part of the chair still does not work now. I just want to return the chair and get another one. Can someone please help me it was a birthday present for my husband.
