This action helps speed up recovery while you sleep. This night splint has adjustable straps that stretch and flex your foot over time to prevent any discomfort or injury. It’s made out of a soft, lightweight, and breathable material that keeps your foot and leg cool during the night. The NightSock includes an exclusive toe support that provides enhanced toe comfort. The low-profile hook and loop fasteners won’t snag your sheets and blankets. When first using the sock, we recommend completely relaxing your foot and holding it in this position with the strap for the first night or two. This will help you get comfortable with having the sock on. It may take more than a night or two to get used to the sock. The stretch can then gradually be extended each night as comfort allows. Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed instructions. PLEASE NOTE – Don’t pull the strap all the way back while you sleep when starting out.
