From a parent perspective, the Thermos stainless steel kids bottle (like the FUNtainer style) has been a really reliable everyday water bottle that my child actually enjoys using. The insulated stainless steel keeps drinks cold for hours, which is great for school or outings, and the push-button lid with straw makes it easy for little hands to open and drink independently. I also like that it’s generally leak-resistant when closed properly and holds up well to drops and rough handling, which is important for toddlers and young kids. Cleaning is fairly simple since most parts come apart, though the straw and lid do need regular washing to avoid buildup. The only downsides are that the straw system can take extra effort to keep fully clean and some parts may wear out over time with heavy use. Overall, it’s a durable, kid-friendly bottle that makes staying hydrated easy and fun.

I have had lots of kids water bottles but these are the only ones I buy anymore. The lid pieces are easy to remove and clean. The handle at the top is handy. If everything is screwed on properly, it doesn’t spill usually, though sometimes if it’s left upside down we will find it has leaked a bit. But it works great for just keeping them from making a big mess and it is great for the car and portability.
