Great Little BBQ Tray

I bought this little pan about a year ago primarily to place my smoked brisket on to rest after the cook. However, I find that I use it for all kinds of things from carrying out burger patties to grill, fish, ribs, etc. The wife has also adopted this little tray as her favorite tray to air fry food on. She uses it more than I do. Just a great little cooking pan/try.
