The ac stopped working on the 33 rd that I ordered it. Have tried 3 times to reach the seller who has not returned any of my emails. Found out you only have 30 days to do a return, which they are counting the day I placed the order, besides the fact there was delivery time and the time it took for someone to remove my window ac and install this, which means it didn't even run for 30 days. From now on I make sure to find out ahead of time how much time they give you to do a return, 30 days is not enough. Now I am going have to contact Walmart and my credit card company to get this resolved, never purchase anything from this seller .

Very disappointed.

The instructions said to wait 24 hours to use in case it had been laid on it's side during shipping so I set it up %26 waited 48 hours. When I turned it on it started to cool then went to fan mode. Left it running and it kept cycling. Tried 3-4 days. Wouldn't cool my 235 sf area in Arizona. Upon further research; these won't cool if the ambient temperature is above 95°F. Whoever herd of an A/C shutting off at 95°?
