"open Box" was just like new!

I got this HP laptop to replace one of mine that was broken. I was hesitant of buying an "open box " one but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. and I saved a couple hundred dollars! I was already in HP customer so I had an account I. so I just had to update the laptop that's it was coming on. it was a really nice silver very quick and has a lot of space 500 plus gigabyte! after I got it back to some personalizing I like now I'm almost like nothing ever happened to mine.

What I needed when I need it

I purchased this so I could work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was easy to set up with the additional purchase of Office 365. The laptop does have a keypad but I purchased a wireless mouse and keypad combo due to having to use the equipment for 8+ hours. The charge does not last as long as what I' hoped for, but that is a small item.

Terrific

This computer is very nice; holds power well, boots up really fast and was extremely easy to set up. The color display is really impressive. I like the fact that it is so light to the touch when using the touch pad to move the cursor. This is a great and easy computer to use. I would recommend it to anyone. Plus the help feature is so helpful for someone who is not super proficient with computers!
