This is an odd review because this very much works, and I had to stop taking it , I had surgery because of my hormone imbalance and decided to try this post op just to make sure and didn't realize how well it worked (so it very much started regulating my cycle, )which in my case they were trying to keep mine reduced but this is absolutely works and I did have to stop , but I highly recommend for anyone struggling with cycles or hormones and want to try over the counter route!
