My family recently purchased an RV with a "garage" feature at the rear where we frequently bring dirt bikes, ATV's or our gas powered golf cart. We quickly realized that we needed a storage method to hold some extra gas while traveling that wasn't as bulky or plain ugly as the typical big red gas tank. This is perfect for traveling to make sure we have a couple extra gallons in the RV without taking up much space. We haven't had any problems with leaks, or spills and it's super easy to refill and empty into our various motor vehicles. Also serves as an easy emergency canister in case the truck runs out of gas. The on this gas container is extremely well lined to even make sure no fumes escape into the air which is a MUST when traveling with full containers. The stainless steel overall works so much better than plastic containers in trapping smells, being able to clean them off as needed, and we've been able to stack 2 of them on top of each other to minimize storage space needed. The handles on the sides are such a perfect touch--gas is heavy! Especially when carrying 5 gallons. I can easily carry one container full by myself using the attached handles. Overall these gas cans are definetly an investment but a worthwhile one! We have 2 currently and may buy 2 more to keep in our personal vehicles for long trips.
