fast delivery, good communication about delivery . I'm happy to know that i can get things delivered to my door, considering I'm handicapped use a walker and I'm on the 4th floor. I am New to delivery so using this service has been an experience . i had a lil issue with one delivery so far.... we will see how that's handled . But,, these sheets are comfy, fit well and the color is STRONGER IF INEED A DIFFERENT COLOR ONE DAY ......I'D ORDER AGAIN
