Slippers are very nice. I ordered the 10 and they have relaxed enough to fit my 9.7 shoe size. These are rubber soles, flats with no arch support so walking on a hard floor sounds like I'm stomping . If I ordered them again it would be size 11 so I can ware socks with them. Over all a good quality slipper.
