Freezer shelves

Once the shelves are "frozen" they no longer stay in place but shrink enough to fall down. I used some supports from closet wire shelving to "jerry rig" the shelves make them stay up. Will not side but worked... but for the price of the frig, should be a correct replacement part,

Bad Fit

The 2nd shelf in the freezer of my side by side just sits on the side supports and continually tips off and thinkgs fall. I have been putting up with this for 12 yrears. I recently had a friend who previously worker for GE and told me this is the wrong shelf.

Freezer Shelf Problem

I have had the very same problem with the very same shelf for 12 years also. A technician told me today that the shelf is the wrong one for that spot and there isn't another one available. UGH!
