[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cut resistance doesn't mean cut proof but I've used these gloves for the past several weeks assembling wheels with heat shields that often have sharp edges that will leave you donating blood before you realize you've been selected to donate. I've also made them my go to glove when installing safety wire or riveting brake linings on a brake overhaul. I did have safety wire attempt to poke through a couple of times, but as noted, cut resistance doesn't mean cut proof. Safety wire is one of those things that at .020" or even .032" diameter can go through a finger or hand in a split second if not handled properly and while a couple of times I had some wire pole thru these gloves, the cut resistance is excellent and even in those instances slowed the wire down enough that the poke was simply that and not an impalement of a body part. Dexterity is excellent with these gloves. on the size scale I tend to be right on that border of medium and large however the large fit me well without any extra material at the end of my fingers to get in the way. On the grip side, the coating gives plenty of grip with slippery items such as wrenches covered in oil or greasy parts. I generally work in a fairly clean environment but if I had one complaint it's that I wish these were made in black. I'd recommend these to anyone in need of cut protection and extra gripping surface while maintaining dexterity to handle the small jobs.
