Shoulder strap clip broke in just over a week.
I ordered this bag online and received it Nov 7. Today is Nov 18 and the buckle which fastens the shoulder strap on the bag just broke off. So, I can't use the shoulder strap. And, there is no address to write to the company. If I get a response I will change my rating. I would have otherwise given this a much better rating. The purse opening is small. But the bag is attractive and sturdy.
