Why pay more?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't get why these covers need to cost any more than this. I don't want to add unnecessary bulk for extra protection. I just need to keep the iPad from sliding around, and I don't want to scratch up the back surface, or the surface I put the iPad down on. Simple. This does it. And yes, it wakes up the iPad properly upon opening too. If that's your point of view also, I don't think you will be disappointed by this cover.
