Lost 8-9 lbs in two wks!!!!

Very easy book to follow. Not like a diet at all. Gives foods to increase/ ones to avoid. Easy recipes. Instead of fasting your actually eating more. Illustrates 60+ exercises. Workout plan only 3 times a wk. Walking 30 min or cardio other two days ...Very readable, not another boring diet book. Started at 144 lbs down to 135 since Jan 1st!!!! New Years Reso...hehe

Best diet book

Although he does not add any footnotes like he properly should, you can tell that he has completed his homework. He not only tells you what is best for your body but why it is best for your body, using stories and statistics to back up his claims. This book has given me far more motivation than any other book or magazine to take care of my body.

A good book to have!

This book is excellent for the individuals that are interested in making a lifestyle change. I have had this book for about two weeks and have already lost 7 pounds. The food that I had to purchase was expensive but it's well worth the results.
