The EternaBond OPQ-1 EternaPrime surface conditioner is quart size to cover about 75 square feet. It is made for surfaces with a lot of dirt that can't be cleaned easily or for porous surfaces that are not completely smooth. It is also used when applying EternaBond sealant tape in low temperatures. EternaPrime combines all the loose dust and dirt particles and forms them into a solid surface so EternaBond sealant tape will stick better. EternaPrime consists of a VOC exempt solvent that blends in a mixture of elastomers and resins. It is made to meet government health and environmental safety standards. EternaPrime is especially useful when dealing with tar, gravel, mortar, wood or concrete. Do not use EternaPrime on PVC material.
