Great boots

Received them today and my first impression is that they are really well made. The only exception that I can see so far is the false tongue is extremely thin compared to what I've seen on boots from other brands but thats the only thing I've noticed. They fit comfortably and true to size for a fraction of the price of other brands. I can't wait to have these on the fire grounds.

Solid boots for an amazing price!

First time trying the Rocky's for wildland firefighting in the PNW. Didn't take long for them to break in and I wore them exclusively throughout the season with no issues. The tread design is excellent for the very steep terrain. I climbed like a mountain goat! Inspection after this season, I see no failures in the stitching, tread is still very good and the leather shows no cracking. (I kept the boot leather treated with a high quality product) They appear to be solid for another season easy! Gave it 4 stars because there's always room for improvement in anything.
