Very good title.
I have just recently received this item and so far it has worked great. I have the iPhone Xs max and after I downloaded the App from the App store and updated my desktop computer there has not been any problems connecting and downloading any photos that I have wanted to transfer. I would highly recommend this product if you have an iPhone Xs max.
