Works great for biscuits

Compared to other flours, this flour works just as well. Taste wise, I wasn't able to tell a real difference. In consistency after making my dough, I feel like this flour is overall easier to work. Final thoughts are that I would buy this flour if costs are competitive with other organic flours.

Great Tasting & Premium Organic Wheat Flour

This is the best tasting wheat organic all-purpose flour I have ever used for making muffins, biscuits and cookies. I really like that the flour is unbleached, and is milled from hard red spring wheat, plus it smells good and looks good. I am also happy that this comes in a strong resealable plastic bag that is 100% recyclable.
