Affordable sous vide machine

I bought this for making sous vide steak, and it works perfectly. I used it to sous vide 7 steaks at the same time and it had no problem at all keeping the proper temperature. I am also a beekeeper, and this machine is really great for decrystallizing bottled honey at a controlled temperature. I highly recommend this. It does the job for a good value.

Works pretty well after some struggling

I don't want an Anova Sous Vide cooker because their low end SV models cannot be controlled from devices and they started to require subscription for premium WiFi features. The Blitzhome SV works pretty well - Ultra-quiet and Fast-Heating as described. The main complain is that the time adjustment is by seconds. Therefore, it take a long time to adjust time from 2 hrs to 36 hrs even holding down the increment key. That is when I decided to try out the Wi-Fi mode. Adding SV to the app kept failing until I took the SV device to near my Wi-Fi router. Once installed, I was able to set temperature and duration to the SV device from the app but app wasn't able to retrieve actual temp and remaining time from the SV device. Luckily, the next day the problem got resolved by itself. I got the SV to make L. Reuteri "yogurt" and I used it to cook steaks for the first time today. It turned out that I need to cook a NY strip steak at least 2-3 hours to tenderize the steak.
