Not at all as advertised

Ordered my size that I just measured prior to ordering to assure for, product is a full 2 sizes smaller! Cup size is correct but the band size is a full 2 size smaller. Its labeled the correct size but measures incorrectly on every bra in the package. The material is also very stiff and itchy on the band part. The cups seem like they would be fine.
