I loved the curtains, however, I decorate rustic primitive / country and the red is a very dark red / maroon color that did not work with the red already in place so I put them in the washing machine with half a gallon of bleach and let them soak over night, the faded color was perfect to go in my kitchen. I used them for my bottom kitchen cabinets in place of doors.
