I have very bad arthritis and have been using a small 6x6 heating pad that was given to me second hand. When I got money for Christmas, I knew exactly what I was going to get! This heating pad is amazing! I can have it on my sore shoulders at the same time as my lower back it is so big! having a warm, low, medium and high option is nice so even if I'm wearing a thick sweatshirt or a single tshirt I can adjust the heat accordingly.
