You get what you pay for. Cheaply made, ships from China, upon arrival does not assemble correctly. My experience with Walmart products from China regarding customer service has been terrible in the past so I don't have high hopes. Prefer Amazon these days who will at least stand behind their product.

The poles of this product are not that long; they are designed to be assembled in pairs, which is why there are three poles in total. Since you assembled all three poles together, it appears as if there are only two. I truly apologize for the confusion.
