It can be used under a temperature range: -53℃ to 121℃ (-65 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit) Clear and standard threads ensure a good connection and avoid leakage, and come with a protective cap to avoid thread damage. The hex part allows you to tighten the fitting with a wrench easily. The fitting contains an SAE 45-degree male flare connection on both ends, allowing you to make a welding-free connection. Connect the male flare end to a flared pipe with brass nut(not included) or connect it to a female flare end with same thread size directly. Connect the female flare end to a male flare end with same thread size directly. Please confirm your tube or pipe size before ordering. The tape is provided as an additional accessory for your plumbing work, we don't advise using tape on flare tube fittings. The flare size of the connector refers to the OD size of the pipes to be connected, not the actual thread size.
