Nice little awning

Ok, so first of all, I was a bit worried when it arrived since the box was somewhat damaged and when checking online it said that returns had to be handled with the seller instead of with Walmart, which made me think, Oh great this product is going to be a dump and I am stuck with it. I am happy to report that that was not the case. The awning was easy to install and works as it should. I do however recommend at least two people for the installation. I am normally fine with one person but since it is heavy and goes high up, a second or third person goes a long way...

We are very happy with our new awning. The marerial is good quality and feels durable. The instructions were easy to follow. It took 2 people to put together but less than an hour from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is a great value for the Price! The quality is also great, more than one would expect, it was an easy to assemble project. It comes with cement wall anchors, but 3/8 hexhead toggle bolts worked great to mount it to the side of my house. Rolls in and out with ease and looks great!
