The product arrived on time as promised and in good condition. The material is exactly as described and the sections were easily assembled into the planter box by 1 person - even easier with 2 people. If you don't have the tools and time to build a box yourself, this is a perfect option. I built it on my patio and it is perfect. When it comes time to move, I just might be able to disassemble to transport easily - because, a good investment is a keeper.

Great purchasing experience.

I was referred here from another online retailer. The price was much better, plus extra discounts added up to significant savings. I had previously set up an account but this time my password wasn't accepted. After trying multiple(6) times to process the order I had to call in to service 3 times who were all very nice and was finally told that I'd been locked out because of too many tries and I should wait 24 hours before trying again .Finally one of the CRs suggested I just call in my order.
