I decided to try this product as my husband and I were having trouble falling asleep and also waking up 2-4 hrs after falling asleep and not being able to get back to sleep . Thus I decided to try, "Back to Sleep" . It worked fantastically! We have been using it for almost 2 yrs now and continue to sleep well.
