Not a good company to do business with.

I wanted to return this item due to the fact that the color were not going to work for my home project. I called Walmart and stated that I wanted to return the fabric and wanted to know if I would receive my refund immediately. I also informed them that the card that was used for the purchase was no longer active due to some fraudulent activity and Keesler cancelled the card. Your customer service stated that they would refund my money in cash. When I got to the store, they said that the items had to be mailed back to the vendor and that they would then refund to the card that was used in the original purchase. Once again, I told them about the card being inactive and that the refund would not be processed. The lady at your customer service said that "as long as the new card was tied to the same bank, my refund would be applied to my bank account. After waiting a week, I called Keesler Federal and they informed me that the information supplied to me from Walmart was not true. The vendor will not answer the phone and sending an email has not worked. I am considering other options in dealing with this issued. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency in their area and also informing all third parties that do business with the company. They are not interested in refunding monies due to customers and make it difficult to speak to them to expediate the issued. I had the same problem when ordering fabric from Amazon, but in a good faith effort to promote great customer service they refund my monies immediately once they became aware of my problem. Please address my concerns as soon as possible. I had already sent an email to you and to the company with NO results.
