I am an older/young woman, I was always cold when everyone else was burning up and I was anemic, my dr. told me to try these prenatal vitamins because the iron levels were higher in them than in regular multivitamins, so I did! And I'm hardly ever cold now!! I don't have to keep a jacket handy or wear long sleeves in the summer time anymore!! So don't think that prenatal vitamins are just for young pregnant women!! They are for all of us who can benefit from taking them, I have already shared this information with lots of women who come into my place of business and have the same problem I had. If you are cold all the time! Try them! What do you have to loose? Of course you might loose wearing that sweater or jacket, but that could be a good thing!! Good luck!!
