The cool mist keeps his room from getting too hot and steamy. The mineral filter inside makes it so it's cleaner air but also no mineral build up and white flaky bits in the system like our old one did. It’s a pretty easy set up. Just soak and ring out the filter, fill tank and it’s ready to go. The large tank can run for 24 hours so less refilling. The spot to put the vapopads can come in handy during a cold or cough to spread the Vicks scent throughout the room. This size system can do a medium sized room so it's perfect for his bedroom.
