I love these noodles compared to other brands. But I feel they are way too pricey for how much they provide . If another brand created brow rice noodles for lesser price , I might switch . I don't like how these noodles are not really available most places . It's hard to find these

I was a little skeptical about gluten free ramen but my husband has celiac and I wanted to try these. They did not disappoint! They tasted just like the pre-packaged ones in the grocery store that I grew up eating. It was easy to fix with a recipe I followed to boil some broth then add the gluten free noodles until they break apart and add some seasonings and spices. Delicious flavor and texture!

These are wonderful! I have wanted to eat ramen noodles for so long but struggled to find a gluten free option that was comparable and satisfied the craving. I made my own seasoning, but you can buy your it if you don't want to make it. I like to make these and add an egg to the pot when it's almost done. (Fancy ramen) 🤓 If you make ahead of time and refrigerate them, the texture will change and it is still amazing. It thickens the broth and actually feels and tastes more like regular thin noodles. I will definitely be buying more! I'm hooked .
