Absolutely love this twist to mayo! Avocado oil is such a delicious alternative! It tastes AMAZING on toast and even making a homemade potato salad with it tastes great!! The consistency is very creamy almost creamer then regular mayo! Definitely a variety of recipes you could make with this and it tastes better.
