The LTE coverage is spotty at best and GPS always has the location blocks away from the actual location. Watch doesnt auto update and disables LTE service until an update is made on Wifi. Watch wont power on after 4 months and customer service has spent weeks giving me the run around. I cant even get a response or replacement.

I was so excited to get this for my daughter. i loved the idea of gps ans it looks realky cute. Unfortunately, it was a major fail. Set up was very difficult. Everything works through an app which was very glitchy. Everyone who wanted to contact my daughter had to have the app. It was super frustrating. We sent it back and went with the jr talk 3 by cosmo. so much better.
