Beautiful Chairs tho not very functional

Gorgeous Velvet Chairs True to Photo Appearance although the lever to raise and lower the seat does not work and feels like the chair might tip over when sitting in it. The Chairs are Beautiful and I bought them both for $129 Free shipping, the price went up $50 since I purchased them. Cheri Shields RN
