As good as homemade -- by a SWEDISH COOK!

This is the PREMIUM gingersnap cookie that even Swedes buy when they can't or don't wish to make cut out cookies this PAPER thin! They are full of flavor, lower in fat than most cookies and ginger is good for one's gut! My late husband was 100% Swedish and the first time I had "pepperkakor" was in Sweden in 1985; they were homemade by his cousin, Anna Maria. I tried ONCE to duplicate them but could not. BE SURE TO BUY THIS TIN if you are shipping them!!! The cookies are so thin and light that they break into pieces (still delicious, BUT) in the regular tin -- which is fine for pickup. YOU NEED THIS TIN if you are shippping it to yourself or as a gift! You'll be PROUD to give it, I promise you!
